At their annual Supplier Focus Day, attended by over 250 suppliers, Lex Autolease awarded their Fleet Service Supplier of the Year to Nationwide Windscreen Services. The award was presented by the Supplier Network Manager, Liam Gavin, and was in reflection of the NWS approach to delivering service excellence to Lex Autolease customers. In determining the overall winner, other factors were also taken into account including; strong investment in ADAS recalibration technology, centres & training, low complaints ratio and high NPS score across the year.
