Nationwide Windscreen Services wins Solus Deal with Europcar

Nationwide Windscreen Services (NWS) is to supply vehicle glass services and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations to Europcar customers under a new deal.

NWS will provide 24/7 support to Europcar customers across the UK and Northern Ireland

NWS will provide 24/7 support to Europcar customers across the UK and Northern Ireland, either at the customer’s home or business location or at one of the NWS fitting centres around the country.

It’s the latest deal for the vehicle glazing specialist, which continues to extend its services in the vehicle rental marketplace.

Andy Hodge, sales director at NWS, said: “We have a wealth of experience working with vehicle rental companies and we’re thrilled to have such a well-known global brand as one of our clients.

“We worked closely with Europcar to ensure a smooth onboarding and we have already assisted many drivers across our extensive network of branches.”

Nationwide Windscreen Services are continuously monitoring the latest Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, and we maintain policies in line with the recommendations of Public Health England and WHO (World Health Organisation).

The safety of our staff, customers and partners is our priority. Our operational teams follow our Coronavirus protocols strictly, at all locations and at any site where we are carrying out work. Prior to any site visit, we will establish if anyone at the address has reported any symptoms connected to COVID recently and, if applicable, we will postpone any visit until after the advised period.

COVID 19 Update 05 January 2021

Following the PM’ announcement yesterday evening we now find ourselves back under additional government restrictions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Staff and our customers safety continue to be at the heart of our planning, and you can be sure that we will be closely following the latest available Government guidance.


Calls will continue to be answered by using our Contact Centre, and our service and our stock holding remains strong.

COVID-19 SECOND LOCKDOWN UPDATE

Dear customer,

 

I would like to update you on the government changes regarding a proposed national lockdown starting as of Thursday 5th November 2020.

 

NWS will continue to operate during this period and we will endeavour to carry out all service requests to the best of our ability. However, this could be affected by local restrictions. In all events we will continue to communicate with the driver for updates regarding their job.

 

All appointments will be completed as planned and where COVID 19 rules can be observed. However, we may need to prioritise emergency and key worker requests for assistance during the lockdown. Your support is appreciated during this current pandemic.

As we continue to closely monitor developments with respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have decided to monitor requests for service and try to manage the in-life urgency request for service from a customer.

 

As a business NWS supplies goods and services to many Government departments and Local Authorities and Supply Chain Organisations, who in turn run fleets of essential assets such as Blue light and delivery vehicles which are needed to support the public during the current health crisis.

To ensure we play our part in keeping these vehicles on the road we have decided to where applicable prioritise in getting these vehicles back on the road as soon as possible.

Your custom is also very important to us, so we wanted to contact you to keep you informed. And hope that you understand why we are making this statement.

 

We will always prioritise a vulnerable customer or a vehicle which has had its security compromised.

Automotive glazing repair and replacement specialist Nationwide Windscreen Services has landed a three year partnership agreement to supply ********** with automotive glazing services for customers using its Nexfleet product. As part of the partnership Nationwide Windscreen Services will supply a national automotive glazing repair and replacement service through its network of fitting centres and mobile units.

Automotive glazing repair and replacement specialist Nationwide Windscreen Services has been awarded a three year contract to supply Lex Autolease Fleet with automotive glazing services, which will commence on 1 January 2015. As part of the contract Nationwide Windscreen Services will supply a national automotive glazing repair and replacement service to Lex Autolease vehicles, through its network of fitting centers and mobile units.
