As we continue to closely monitor developments with respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have decided to monitor requests for service and try to manage the in-life urgency request for service from a customer.
As a business NWS supplies goods and services to many Government departments and Local Authorities and Supply Chain Organisations, who in turn run fleets of essential assets such as Blue light and delivery vehicles which are needed to support the public during the current health crisis. To ensure we play our part in keeping these vehicles on the road we have decided to where applicable prioritise in getting these vehicles back on the road as soon as possible. Your custom is also very important to us, so we wanted to contact you to keep you informed. And hope that you understand why we are making this statement.
We will always prioritise a vulnerable customer or a vehicle which has had its security compromised.
