We are pleased to announce that Mark Payne has taken the position of Managing Director of the Group Board of Directors of Allscreens Nationwide and Nationwide Windscreen Services!
We are pleased to announce that Mark Payne has now taken the position of Group Managing
Director of Sole Automotive Glass holdings, the parent company of Nationwide Windscreen
Services and Allscreens Nationwide Ltd.
Mark joined the business in July 2023 and has been a key factor in the company’s
transformation, as we grow our family business into a key player in the UK’s automotive glazing
market. Mark has brought a vast amount of experience and knowledge to the board and has
enhanced our pre – existing caring culture.
Stuart Sole will take the position of Chairman, with Sam and Dan Sole taking the position of Co
Vice – Chairman of the Board. Phil Homer will remain as Group Customer Service Director along
with Mike Williams as Group Finance Director.
We feel these positive changes to the executive team will put the business in a strong position
for further growth and development. We have plans to open new sites this year and over the
next three years, to enhance our footprint across the UK. Our emphasis will remain on the
customer journey and providing excellent customer service, as this is what sets us apart from
our competitors.
We are planning to merge NWS and Allscreens in the near future, with Allscreens becoming the
fitting arm of the group and NWS becoming the Head office and maintaining those relationships
with the network members. This will enable us to further develop the Network, to support and
work alongside our fitting branches.
Mark will take the position of Group Managing Director as of the 1st of September 2024, We
look forward to working with the board and all departments to see the business flourish during
this next chapter as a Windscreen Company Run By Windscreen People.
